TIMMINS, ON: In the near future, it might not just be real-estate moguls snapping up property in the City of Timmins.
Hasbro, makers of the popular board game Monopoly, has launched a nationwide vote to choose Canadian cities to appear on the new Monopoly Canada board game. Although Timmins was not one of the sixty-five pre-selected Canadian cities chosen for the top-20 city vote, residents still have the opportunity to put Timmins on the board by nominating the City with the Heart of Gold as a wildcard.
